Brut Gran Reserva
Varieties:Macabeo, and Parellada Xarel.lo.
Vineyards: 30-40 years
Elaboration:soft pressing of grapes from the oldest vines of our estate, looking to balance its own personality in taste and aroma level, raised in the cellar at least 36 months and issued with a minimum of expedition liqueur characteristic to retain all the virtues of wine and may be off-dry enough to make it nice at any time.
Tasting:Straw yellow, fine and delicate bubble well integrated with slow detachment notes of syrup and some memories of almonds. Structured on the mouth with good persistence and a good final memory.
Award:
Gold Zarcillo 2003.
