Varieties:50% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, 20% Parellada.
Vineyards: 30-40 years selected for quality.
Elaboration:Soft pressing obtaining 50% free-run juice followed by fermentation at low temperature (15º) IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS. Second fermentation in the bottles with ageing of 36-48 months.
Tasting:Yellow in colour with greenish overtones, clear and fine with slow release of bubbles. Aromas of dried fruit and nuts predominate with nuances of honey and syrups, and with boxwood in the background. In the mouth it is full, tasty and flagrant.
