Rosado Brut
Varieties:Trepat.
Vineyards: 25 years.
Elaboration:Light maceration of the must with the skins for colour and aroma extraction, followed by light pressing and later fermentation at low temperature. Second fermenting in the bottle for 18-20 months.
Tasting:Red current pink in colour with elegant bubbles. Aromas of red fruit and fresh yeast. In the mouth its voluminous and creamy taste of fruit taste stands out.
