Elaboration:Hand harvested and bunch selection on the sorting table. Fermented with the skins at 28º with the object of extracting the maximum of colour and tannins and provide it with the necessary structure for laying it down as a reserve wine. Later it moves on to ageing in barrels during 24 months.

Tasting:Deep maroon in colour, intense tertiary aromas, with smoky nuances (incense and roasted coffee), and cooked red fruits. In the mouth it is silky with volume and structure.
