Vineyards: Finca l’Esteveta and Finca Cal Janes (30 years)
Elaboration:Skin maceration preferably at 5º, followed by a short fermentation in conjunction with the skin, with later bleeding and continuation of fermenting at low temperature (15º) in stainless steel tanks, in order to obtain lightness, freshness and aromatic intensity.
Tasting:Purple in colour with a medium-high layer. Intensity in red fruits with balsamic and smoky nuances. In the mouth it is fresh with a medium structure.
