Chardonnay xarel·lo
Varieties:50% Xarel.lo-lo, 50% Chardonnay
Vineyards: Finca els Caballers, Finca la Salada (25 and 35 years)
Elaboration:Light maceration primarily with the object of extracting the maximum of aromatic compounds, followed by soft pressing obtaining to obtain the free-run juice. Immediately after this fermenting at low temperature (15º) in order to preserve the aromatic and fresh compounds.
Tasting:Greenish colouring with yellow reflections. Aromas of white fruit and flowers intense and persistent. Balanced in the mouth, with a lengthy and fragrant aftertaste.
