Vineyards: Finca l’Esteveta and Cal Janes (30 years)

Elaboration:Primary maceration in cold (5º) in order to extract colour and aromatic compounds, followed by pressing to obtain 50% free-run juice, with fermentation at 14º

Tasting:Rosé colour. Aromas of wild red berries (raspberries, cherry, strawberry), intense and continued. In the mouth rather like glycerine, with volume, greasy, silky and fresh.
