Elaboration:Short maceration to extract aromas followed by pressing at low pressure for obtaining 50% free-run juice. Later fermented at low temperature (15º)

Tasting:Light yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Predominance of floral and fruity aromas that are common to the Muscat variety. In the mouth it is intense, balanced and with a long after taste.
