Varieties:Macabeo, Xarel.lo-lo and Parellada.

Vineyards: 15-20 years

Elaboration:Light pressing with extraction of the free-run juice and later fermenting at low temperature.

Tasting:Greenish colouring with pale yellow overtones. Intense in citrus fruit and floral aromas. Light and fresh in the mouth.
