Elaboration:Pre-fermenting maceration followed by a short fermentation with the skins in order to get colour and the exact balance for a young wine.

Tasting:Deep ruby red in colour. Aromas of red fruit with balsamic and smoky nuances. Fleshy in the mouth with volume and medium structure.
